Terms of service

2. Our service
We provide done-for-you website design, hosting, social media content, blog content, and SEO on a subscription basis. The scope of each tier is set out on our pricing page and in your service agreement.
3. Pricing and billing
- Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as you select.
- Your first payment is taken only when your website goes live (typically Day 7).
- If your site has not gone live, we have not invoiced you, and you owe nothing.
- Prices are exclusive of taxes. Local sales taxes (VAT in the UK and EU, sales tax in applicable US states) are added at checkout based on your billing address. [CONFIRM with accountant for each jurisdiction.]
4. 30-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your first paid invoice, contact us for a full refund. We will refund within 14 working days. After 30 days, you can still cancel anytime — your site stays live to the end of the billing period.

You can cancel anytime in your dashboard or by emailing hello@growin7.com. We will export your content and hand over your domain on request, no fee.
6. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your content (logos, photos, copy you provide). The website we build for you is licensed for your use while you are a subscriber and assigned to you on cancellation, on the terms set out in your service agreement. [Final wording subject to legal review.]
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service for unlawful purposes, defamatory content, IP infringement, or content prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you operate or in which the content is published.
8. Liability
Our total liability is capped at the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss to the maximum extent permitted by law.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified by email at least 30 days in advance.
10. Governing law
