Terms of service

1. Who we are & these terms

Grow-in 7 is a trading name of Agent Foundry Labs Ltd (Company No. 16811362), registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). By using our website or services you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. The service

We provide done-for-you website design, hosting, SEO, blog and social media services on a monthly subscription. We'll describe what's included before you commit, and we may improve or change features over time.

3. The 7-day build & "pay only when live"

We aim to launch your site within 7 days of your kickoff call, provided you give us the information and materials we need. Your subscription begins only once your site is live and you have approved it. Timeframes are targets, not guarantees, where delays are outside our reasonable control.

4. Pricing & billing

Fees are £299/month (or as otherwise agreed), billed in advance from go-live, with no setup fee. Prices are stated inclusive or exclusive of VAT as shown at sign-up. We may change pricing on reasonable notice; changes will not affect your current billing period.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of your current billing period. On cancellation we'll provide a reasonable export of your content and hand over your domain on request. We do not provide pro-rata refunds for part-months except where required by law.

6. Your responsibilities & acceptable use

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of the content you provide and for holding any rights or licences in it. You agree not to use the service unlawfully, to infringe others' rights, or to misuse our systems. We may suspend or terminate the service for breach.

7. Intellectual property

You own your brand, content and domain. Once the fees due are paid, you own the website we deliver to you. We retain ownership of our underlying tools, code, components and know-how, and may reuse non-client-specific elements on other projects.

8. Third-party services

The service relies on third-party providers (such as hosting, analytics, booking and form tools). We are not responsible for their availability or actions, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

9. Warranties & disclaimers

We provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, including any that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free or will achieve any particular ranking, traffic or sales result.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, or for loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability arising out of or in connection with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and costs arising from content you provide or from your misuse of the service.

12. Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law that cannot be excluded or limited.

13. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date reflects the current version, and continued use after a change means you accept it.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-excludable rights you have where you live.
