Privacy policy
The short version.
We collect only what we need to reply to you and run our service. We never sell your data. Analytics don't run until you accept cookies. To exercise your rights, email privacy@growin7.com.
This policy explains what personal data we collect, why, and your rights over it. Grow-in 7 is a trading name of Agent Foundry Labs Ltd (Company No. 16811362), registered in England and Wales ("we", "us"). We are the data controller for the personal data described here.
1. What we collect
- Details you give us — when you submit an enquiry or booking form: your name, email, phone, business name and anything else you choose to tell us.
- Usage data — if you accept analytics cookies, limited information about how you use the site (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser). Analytics do not run until you consent.
2. Why we use it (lawful bases)
- To respond to your enquiry and provide our services — performance of a contract and our legitimate interests.
- To understand and improve the site through analytics — your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making that produces legal effects.
3. Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted third-party providers ("processors") to run the site and our service — for example a form handler, a calendar/booking tool, and email and hosting providers, plus analytics where you have consented. They process data only on our instructions. We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights.
4. International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UK or EEA. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK/EU adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and customer data only for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, to provide our services, and to meet legal obligations — after which we delete or anonymise it.
6. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or port your data, object to processing, or withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email privacy@growin7.com. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics cookies. See our Cookie policy for the detail and to change your choice.
8. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version, and significant changes will be flagged on the site.
